Admin double-post.

Userstores and Galleries are back online. The stock feature has been removed. I made some fairly substantial back-end changes, so let me know if anything is broken. If anything is broken, do not exploit it. Lastly, only one Frisbee and one Fused can be placed in your Gallery, but neither can be put into Userstores. (Assuming everything's working right, anyway.) Minor detail: if you have an Item as your Prized Possession in your Gallery (let's say a Banana), and you have that same Item in your normal Gallery (also a Banana), you cannot remove both from your Gallery at the same time. Given how screwed up the coding is in the first place, I'm not particularly eager to fix this minor inconvenience. However, seeing as Prized Possessions weren't even able to be removed from Galleries prior to now (there was a SQL error when it was done), I don't think anybody will care (since it apparently was never attempted before).

What happens if something is in our store, then we hit the button that says to send it to Stock? Will that just put it back in our Inventory?

There are still a few glitches, like it says "return item to stock" in the userstore function, but I'm guessing it'll still send it to the inventory. This way it makes Galleries useful, with holding a fused (rather then just having it in stock)... and eliminates a useless function and page.

They are a spark sink as of now. I can't find anyone in the forums who has used more than 10 vortexes and have a net gain in sparks (after subtracting purchase and level up costs)

Level up costs are a wash, as far as I can tell. As for the actual stats, I've had 34 total showers (I'm assuming this is just the number of vortexes that have been used) giving me total earnings of 494. That's more than 10 sparks per shower, which means I am making a net profit.

Of course, this number bounces around so often that it becomes hard to tell.

You have spent 408 sparks on the base cost of vortexes, with a minimum of 160 sparks levelling up the vortexes. Net loss overall.

You can either gain or lose sparks on the level ups. So when you go from 1 to 2, you either gain OR lose 5 sparks (it will suck them in, or spit them out). I'm assuming that the chance of either is pretty much the same.

Ah, my bad. I was under the impression they only sucked sparks like before.

Why are the 60 sparks tractor beam modifier items so popular? I thought each person only require one, but usually there's one or none in stock. Is there some super secret tech to them?

Rift Edit: This is not counted as a double-post, because it was imported from another thread.

They restock fairly infrequently, and we had a large influx of members during the past month. There's a large number of members who don't have Tractor Beam equipment.

This. Also, I don't know about other people, but I'm keeping one of each on hand... just in case.
